Immediate past Executive Director/CEO of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), Dr. Faisal Shuaib, has congratulated Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, on his investiture as Patron of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).
