A former member of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Yakubu Dodo, has expressed strong confidence that Senator Aliyu Wadada will comfortably emerge victorious in the 2027 governorship election in the state.
Dodo made the assertion while speaking with journalists after a stakeholders’ meeting he convened in Keana Local Government Area.
According to the former lawmaker, Wadada’s political experience, grassroots appeal, and track record position him as the clear frontrunner for the state’s top job. He noted that the senator’s widespread acceptance among various interest groups across the three senatorial zones places him in a strong position ahead of the polls.
“Senator Aliyu Wadada will comfortably win the governorship election in Nasarawa State in 2027,” Dodo declared, underscoring what he described as the overwhelming goodwill the senator enjoys among the people.
The stakeholders’ meeting in Keana brought together local leaders, party supporters, and community representatives.
